FICCI FLO Lucknow Launches SheRises 2026 to Empower Next Generation of Women Entrepreneurs

Lucknow: In a significant step towards fostering women-led businesses and nurturing the next generation of entrepreneurs, the Lucknow Chapter of FICCI FLO has launched the fourth edition of its flagship entrepreneurship initiative, FLO SheRises 2026. The three-day entrepreneurship boot camp, being held from June 25 to June 27 at Hotel Clarks Avadh, aims to equip aspiring and emerging women entrepreneurs with the skills, knowledge, and networks needed to scale their ventures.

The programme was inaugurated by FICCI FLO National President Pooja Garg and National Startup Head Priya Gautam. Addressing the participants, Pooja Garg highlighted the growing role of women entrepreneurs as drivers of innovation, leadership, and economic development, emphasizing the importance of dedicated platforms that support their entrepreneurial journeys.

Organised in collaboration with MeitY Startup Hub and Start In UP, the initiative focuses on providing practical insights into business expansion, strategic leadership, financial management, branding, fundraising, and growth strategies. More than 100 women entrepreneurs from diverse sectors applied for the programme this year. Following a rigorous selection process, 33 participants were chosen for the intensive offline boot camp.

FLO SheRises 2026 has been designed as a structured growth journey rather than a conventional training programme. The first phase consists of immersive workshops and expert-led sessions. Based on participation, performance, and business potential, the top 10 entrepreneurs will advance to the second phase, where they will receive personalised one-on-one mentorship from industry leaders and business experts.

The programme will culminate at the prestigious National FLO Startup Conclave, providing participants with an opportunity to showcase their ventures on a national platform and connect with a wider entrepreneurial ecosystem.

The initiative is being led by the FICCI FLO Lucknow Startup Cell, with Devanshi Seth, Ekta Maurya, and Karishma Khanna spearheading efforts to create a strong platform for learning, leadership development, and business growth.

Speaking at the launch, FICCI FLO Lucknow Chairperson Simran Sahni said that women entrepreneurs are not only building successful enterprises but are also driving innovation, generating employment, and contributing significantly to India’s economic progress. She noted that FLO SheRises aims to provide founders with business knowledge, strategic clarity, mentorship, and meaningful networking opportunities to help them scale their ventures with confidence.

A key highlight of the programme is its immersive offline format, enabling participants to interact directly with leading business experts, investors, startup mentors, and growth strategists. The expert speaker lineup includes Advait Kurlekar, CA Prachi Jain, Neetu Bansal, Prajakta Raut, Tina Mansukhani Garg, and Vivek Verma.

Invest UP Investment Lead Ravi Pandey also addressed the participants, outlining various startup and entrepreneurship schemes being implemented by the Uttar Pradesh government and explaining how entrepreneurs can benefit from available support mechanisms.

Throughout the boot camp, participants will receive guidance on business model development, pricing strategies, unit economics, sales and marketing, branding, fundraising, leadership skills, government schemes, and startup support programmes. The event also offers valuable networking opportunities with industry professionals and fellow entrepreneurs.

With the number of women-led businesses steadily increasing across India, initiatives such as FLO SheRises are playing a crucial role in providing entrepreneurs with the resources, mentorship, and exposure required for sustainable growth. Through its comprehensive curriculum, experienced mentors, and national-level opportunities, FLO SheRises 2026 is expected to emerge as a transformative platform for women entrepreneurship in the region.
